What we do

Mr Sarin has a wide, varied and in-depth repertoire. The main stay remains General, Vascular and Paediatric Surgery. This includes elective and emergency surgery.

General Surgery

Lumps and bumps, abdominal wall herniae (inguinal, umbilical, femoral and incisional including compartment separation techniques) and gallbladder disease. All general surgical emergencies are dealt with including bowel obstruction.

Paediatric Surgery

All lumps and bumps, groin and umbilical herniae, undescended testes, hydroceles etc. Please note that children under three years old would be treated at Watford General Hospital. Over three year olds can be treated at either Bishops Wood Hospital or Spire Hospital Bushey.

Vascular Surgery

All aspects of Vascular Surgery are dealt with, including varicose veins, aneurysms, arterio-venous malformations (AVMs), thoracic outlet syndrome and limb ischaemia. The Vascular Team meets formally on a fortnightly basis. Patients diagnoses, scans and X-Rays are reviewed. This multi-disciplinary approach, with all it's additional expertise helps in arriving at an accurate diagnosis and formulating an appropriate treatment plan.
